Great! High Speed Site = High Search Ranking

In this earlier month Google said, "Fast loading site will be get a good search ranking". Yup, Google are obsessed with speed that's why Google will include site speed to give you good search ranking. Not only SEO, content, and backlink, but still site speed only get little percentage than content.

In Google internal studies, the site with fast loading will make the visitor stay longer and happier than site with slow loading. I agree with this, I also feel comfortable when opening a site with fast loading, but I will click close icon immediately when I have waiting for 10 second and the site still on it's load. With my own case I take the red line that people doesn't like slow site and they will hate my site if I have slow site too :(

If you are site owner, there are some free tools to evaluate your site speed.

1. WebPageTest - they provide a complete test result, time to load for the first load and repeat load.
2. Pingdom - they give you result with waterfall
3. Page Speed - an open source Firefox/Firebug add-on that evaluates the performance of web pages and gives suggestions for improvement.

We encourage you to start looking at your site's speed (the tools above provide a great starting point) — not only to improve your ranking in search engines, but also to improve everyone's experience on the Internet.
